Cookie policy

Last updated 15 September 2026. This policy is reviewed periodically; if anything here is unclear, ask us before you order.

What we set, and why

Necessary

Your basket, your delivery choice and any discount are kept in your own browser's local storage so the cart survives a page reload. Your cookie consent choice is stored the same way, so we do not ask again on every page. None of this is sent to us and none of it identifies you.

Analytics and advertising, and optional

Google Analytics 4 counts visits and page views, and the Google Ads tag measures whether an advertisement led to an order. Both are only switched on if you accept them, and declining costs you nothing on this site.

Support tools

Our support chat and shared feedback form process connection information and the details you choose to submit.

During payment

Stripe and PayPal set their own cookies on their own checkout pages. Those are theirs and are covered by their policies.

Changing your mind

Use the cookie settings link in the footer to change your choice at any time. You can also clear site data in your browser, which will empty your basket as well.
