What this page does not do

It does not limit your rights under the consumer protection and sale of goods law of your province or territory, or under the federal Competition Act. Those apply to a consumer purchase, cannot be waived, and come first. Everything below is subject to them.

The website

We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will never be wrong or never be down. Product photographs are representative: colour varies between screens.

The products

What we sell is household bedding, blankets, pillowcases, mattress toppers and protectors, rugs and accessories. It is not safety equipment. Follow the care instructions on each product page.

Limits

Where the law allows us to limit liability, our liability for a product is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Your side

If you use this site in a way that breaks the law or these terms, and that causes us a loss, we may ask you to cover it.
