Shipping and delivery

What delivery costs

  • Free on orders of $50 or more.
  • $22 below that. On an order under $50 the only method offered is Express Delivery, at that price.
  • $22 for Express Delivery on an order of $50 or more, if you choose it instead of the free service.

Express Delivery is our fastest tracked service. We have never published a separate transit time for it, so we are not going to put a number here that we cannot stand behind. If you need an order by a particular date, email us before you order.

How long it takes

Allow about 10 days in transit after a 24 to 48 hour handling time while the order is picked and packed.

Delivery time varies by location. Rural, remote and northern addresses sit at the longer end and can take longer.

Where we deliver

Everywhere in Canada, including Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa, Winnipeg, Quebec City, Hamilton, Halifax, Kitchener, London, Victoria, Saskatoon, Regina.

Canada only. The checkout takes a Canadian delivery address.

Who carries it

Canada Post, FedEx, UPS and DHL, depending on where the parcel is going.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If it has not arrived, check the junk folder first, then use Track Your Order.

For logistical reasons items in the same order may be sent in separate packages. More than one tracking number is normal rather than a mistake.

If something goes wrong

Tracking that has not moved for more than one business day, a parcel that has not arrived, or a delivery marked complete that is not on your doorstep: email theteam@bedlinenonline.net with the order number and we will chase the courier.

If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the delivery date we gave you, you can cancel it for a full refund. For an internet purchase that is also a legal right in several provinces, including under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
